Does SupplyAutomate connect to Amazon Seller Central?
Not today. SupplyAutomate does not use the Amazon Selling Partner API, so it does not pull FBA inventory, create inbound shipment plans or read settlement reports. It covers the part Amazon never sees: the factory order, the freight, the customs entry and the landed cost that results.
Do I need to clean up my data first?
No. Upload the invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and customs entries you already have, as PDFs, scans or forwarded emails. The AI reads each one and files it on the right order, and every figure stays linked to the document it came from.
How long until my first landed cost?
A few minutes. Upload one factory invoice and it becomes an organized order in well under a minute. Add the freight bill and customs entry as they arrive, and the cost per unit updates each time.
Does the AI change anything without asking?
No. It can search your orders, documents and shipments freely. Anything that changes a record, such as raising a PO, recording a payment, moving an order stage or messaging a supplier, is prepared as a draft and waits for your approval.
Can SupplyAutomate plan my FBA replenishment?
It gives you the supply side of the decision: units ordered, in production, in transit and delivered, with dates. It does not forecast sales. Our free Lead Time Calculator turns lead time and daily sales into a reorder point.
Can my prep center or freight forwarder use it?
