Why we built this

A note from our founder

Running a $3M brand sounds glamorous until you’re the one at 11 PM copy-pasting tracking numbers from a WeChat thread into a messy spreadsheet. I spent four years scaling my own Amazon FBA and Shopify business only to realize I wasn’t an entrepreneur anymore — I was a glorified data-entry clerk.

The chaos of scattered POs, missed supplier messages and “estimated” inventory was costing me sleep and, more importantly, profit. Worst of all, I never knew my real landed cost until the final invoice landed weeks later — by then it was too late to do anything but hope the margin still worked. I looked for a fix, but everything on the market was built for enterprise teams with fifty people in ops.

So I built SupplyAutomate — the single source of truth I wish I’d had when I was starting out. It’s the ERP made for Shopify, WooCommerce, DTC and Amazon FBA sellers who need to move fast, stay lean, and always know the exact price of what they’re selling.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
You can choose $199/month or $1,999/year to keep working in SupplyAutomate. No card is needed to start, so we cannot charge you automatically. Your data remains yours; contact our team for an export if you decide not to subscribe.
Do I need a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
The monthly plan is month-to-month. You can cancel from your account settings at any time, with no calls or retention forms. An annual plan is billed for the year up front; cancellation stops its next renewal.
Can I add my accountant, agent or warehouse team?
Yes. Invite people in your extended operation and control what each collaborator can see or edit per order.
Can I work in currencies other than USD?
Yes, every currency is supported. Currency is set per purchase order and per shipment, not globally, so a EUR order to an Italian supplier and a USD quote from the same factory both stay in the currency they were actually agreed in. Totals across a mixed set are reported per currency, so nothing is silently added together at a rate you did not choose.
How do I export my supply chain data?
You keep full ownership of your data. Export purchase orders, supplier communications, shipping invoices and landed-cost reports to CSV or Excel at any time for accounting or audit needs.
