You grant SupplyAutomate a limited right to process your data only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service.

No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these terms.

8. Warranties Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplyAutomate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SupplyAutomate from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use poses security, legal, or operational risk, or violates these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time and can request account closure through support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated.
